6:30 am and the feets hit the floor...

Now the feets are on the floor again.  Typing for a bit.  Then to be reposed whilst I feign dormancy.  Door to door that is 15 hours;  post times are askew.  In the mean time, 12.2 gallons of fresh squeezed, free ranged, gluten free and holistically produced Maple Syrup wound up in a glass bottle of either ½ or one full litre in displacement.  Then some cleaning and purging of supply water, because that line is above the frost line, was achieved.  Perhaps after the firing and wrangling of temperatures and levels a standard container of wine was consumed to help the hours of bottling, cleaning and prep for freezing temperatures.

In the end, there is still scrubbing to do tomorrow.  Then the wait and see what the run will be along with how cold the overnights are to keep those gallons inert until enough are collected wherein once again, feets hit the floor...
